An owner's representative is hired by a project owner to represent him or her throughout the entire process of a development, including site selection, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction. The owner's representative serves as a liaison and ensures that the owner's best interests are carried out. We also offer consulting and project management for large and small mixed-use projects, residential condominiums,  apartments, and commercial development. We conduct detailed feasibility analyses for potential property purchases, or project pro forms for proposed development. We can outline zoning and development regulations, possible hurdles in the entitlement process, and potential costs and timelines. We work with property owners to select a competent design and build team. We fight for our clients to create a positive outlook for to development their property.
